Privacy Policy
Effective August 9, 2026
The short version: we don't set cookies, we don't run analytics, and we don't track you. This site collects almost nothing. If you book a call or email us, we get what you send — and we use it to reply and schedule, never to sell.
What we collect
Almost nothing directly. This site is a static set of pages. There are only three ways information about you reaches us:
Server logs. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub, Inc. serves the pages and may log standard technical data like IP addresses, under its own privacy policy. We don't see or manage those logs.
Bookings. If you book a call, that happens through cal.com, a third-party scheduling service. Whatever you enter there — name, email, notes — goes to cal.com and then to our calendar and email.
Email. If you email alex@steadyworkhq.com, we receive that email.
Put in categories: the only personal information we ever hold is your name, your contact details, and whatever you write to us — through cal.com or by email. Server logs stay with GitHub; we don't have them. We share your information with no one beyond those two service providers.
What we do with it
We use what you send to reply to you, schedule calls, and deliver services if you hire us. That's it. We never sell your contact information, and we never share it for marketing.
If a data breach ever affects your information, we'll notify you as Utah law requires (Utah Code § 13-44).
What we don't do
We don't set cookies. We don't run analytics. We don't use tracking scripts, ad tech, or data brokers. The only script on this site is the calculator on the home-services page, and it keeps nothing — it just does math on the numbers you move the sliders to.
Do Not Track and other opt-out signals
We don't track you on this site or across other sites, so we don't respond to browser Do Not Track signals — there's no tracking for them to switch off. The same goes for Global Privacy Control: we don't sell or share personal information with anyone for advertising, so there's nothing for the signal to opt you out of.
No third party collects information about your activity over time or across other websites through this site. GitHub serves the pages and cal.com handles bookings, each under its own policy linked below.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

How long we keep email
We keep correspondence as long as we need it to handle your inquiry and for our records.

Want to know what we have about you, or want your correspondence deleted? Email alex@steadyworkhq.com and ask. We'll handle it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
