What this site is

This site is general information about what we do. It isn't professional advice, and reading it doesn't make you a client. Nothing on this website creates a service contract. Actual services are sold under a separate written services agreement signed by both of us.

The calculator

The missed-call calculator on our home-services page produces an estimate computed entirely from the numbers you put into it. It is not a prediction, a quote, or a promise of results. It's a way to run your own math.

Prices on this site

Prices shown here are our current list prices, and they can change. The price that counts is the one in a signed quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Our content

The words and design on this site belong to Steadywork. You're welcome to read, link, and share. Please don't copy our content and republish it as your own.

Third-party links and services

Booking happens through cal.com, a scheduling service we don't run. It has its own terms and privacy policy, and so does any other outside site we link to. When you use those services, their rules apply.

No warranties for the site itself

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as-is. We don't promise it will always be up, error-free, or current.

Limitation of liability for site use

To the extent the law allows, Steadywork isn't liable for losses that come from using this website or relying on its content. This section is about the free website — work we're hired to do is governed by the signed services agreement, not these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. That's the whole process — no separate notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts located in Weber County, Utah.

If part of these terms doesn't hold up

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
